Black rubber elevator belts are built up of polyester yarns in the warp (longitudinal)
and nylon yarns in the weft (transverse) directions.
The standard ranges include nbr and sbr.
Type 1: nbr.
Technical specifications:
Application: nbr nitrile provides good resistance to oil and fat. Suitable for products
containing oil and fat up to 80 Celsius degrees
Covers: nbr 100% nitrile butadiene synthetic rubber
Carcass: polyester fabric warp and polyamide fabric weft plies (EP) separated by
0.3mm thick synthetic rubber laminates of 100% nitrile
Temperature range: 20 Celsius degrees below zero ~ 80 degrees Celsius
Standard: din 22102
Type 2: sbr
Technical specification
Application: sbr offers goods abrasion resistance. Suitable for oil and fat free
products up to 70 degrees Celsius
Covers: sbr styrene butadiene rubber
Carcass: polyester fabric warp and polyamide fabric weft plies (EP) separated by
0. 3mm thick synthetic rubber laminates of sbr
Temperature range: 20 Celsius degrees below zero ~ 70 degrees Celsius
Standard: din 22102
Special ranges like flame retardant, anti-static and oil resistant belt can be made
according to your request.
